Class Question

Post by Shortstow80 »

Not sure where else to post this.
I just moved here from Oregon and I am looking for a VA concealed carry class. Now with that being said I already have an Oregon, Utah, North Carolina, and Washington State permits. I know I am covered in VA with my Utah. I am looking for a class where I can actually learn some Virginia law and Code. I am not looking for a class where I sit there for 4 hours and get a cert. I am located in the South of Richmond area but I am willing to travel where there is a great class to attend.

Thanks for the help everyone,

See you out there,

Steve

Take the VA CHP class, it's offered everywhere. Join VCDL and they give you a little wallet card with a summary of the laws and code citations.

Thank you, newdovo.

To the OP - Our Phase II class is just what you are looking for. Its called the Introduction to Concealed Carry in Virginia. We cover all of the Va carry laws, use of force, etc.

You can also take our Phase I course, Basic Firearms Safety and use that to apply for a Va permit.

We currently offer both classes for a special price of $99.
