I know exactly what you are saying Sarge... and yes, magna-port does help lots...I have been called a Killer on more then one occasion in my life so I like to just stick to harvesting or harvester. My S&W .44Mag. is also Magna Ported. It makes a hell of a difference in the recoil.

So, I ended up getting a Mossberg 500A. Kind of hard to carried concealed (although I told my wife I would just get a trench coat), but it'll do for home protection and hunting.
