[POLL] New floating tabs in left margin

As you can see, I added some tabs to the left margin of your browser when visiting VGOF in an effort to clean up some real estate in the left menu area. The links, from top to bottom are:

Donate: Takes you to the Authorize.net donation page where you can donate to VGOF using your credit card

Newsletter Signup: Takes you to the signup page for the VGOF newsletter (approximately 2 emails/month)

Twitter "Follow us" :Follow VGOF on Twitter!

Facebook: Become a VGOF fan on Facebook!

So, tell me - what do you think of this new layout addition?

A little distracting. Would rather see them fixed on the side or top. Just my personal opinion, especially when I used my netbook w/ a little screen. But it will not detract me from coming back!

Not a problem until I notice them, and then they're just distracting! I'm sure i'l get used to them, but I'd vote for fixing them at the top somewhere.

I liked the fixed banner at the top with the FB link. I won't ever use the FB/Twitter link, but at least they were less distracting. Not a deal breaker though.

They do not bother me on the left.
I did NOT like them on the right.

You know...I always wondered what the "like" button was for? Thanks for letting me in on it DK. Now I know it takes me strait to the singles bars. I just wish some one would turn down that damned bumping music. :wave: :enlighten:

Hey Andy...actually I was poking fun at it...kinda like them clip in gay looking bike shoes that I sometimes wear... :whistle:
