New 1911 Grips - Stunning

Post by gunderwood »

Got these from Sarges's Grips. They are abslutely amazing! There is a lot more more colors when you view them in person. My lack of camera skills aside:

I need to send the right side back as he forgot to cut the ambi-safety slit. No big deal.

Yup. The wood is a Honduran rosewood burl. He got a relatively rare burl and this is one set of 7 (I only have one).

Beautiful grips. I'm going to check out the Sarge and see what he can do for an Officer's model 1911.

If you have something specific in mind ask because he does a lot of custom work.

I received the corrected grip (was missing the ambi-safety cutout) yesterday and it fits great! Sarge even reimbursed me for the return shipping. If you want or need some nice grips I highly recommend you check out Sarge's Grips. Everything is top notch.

Gunderwood, those are beautiful grips. I love the natural look he left in the wood. I have emailed them regarding my Dan Wesson. I hope he can help, I see he cares about his product!
