Gun Shows Added to Calendar

I've added all of the C&E and Showmasters gun shows to the Gun Show/Event Calendar

Also added all of the VCDL meeting dates as they are currently defined on their website.

Any other events or meetings or other things you want added to the calendar, let me know!
