That's funny...I had no idea from reading the article that there were any "race" issues at all. If this Poindexter individual really is crying waissism, then it sounds to me like he needs to be fired as a Commonwealth Attorney. Now, just why is this person qualified to carry concealed and get drunk, when I'm not deemed qualified to drink a single glass of wine if I were to carry?

Well, hummmm I think I would have to question why if it is as they say the supervisor, the Rent A Cop, the LEO's and Poindexter were all Black; then why would one White dude scare them so much that he would stoop to that level? Just because he pointed a finger, ah hell he was just trying to make a point and say hey Pull my Finger so I can Fart? I don't know it all sounds trumped up to me.

And another thing Why must Skidmark take the High Road Just because he is a White Guy? That is PC BS and I say Fight Fire With Fire! I would throw it right back on Poindexter that he was the one being the Wassis with the trumped case that he is trying to save face on.

I do agree with ya on that, Let;s face it we all know what the other side is attempting and it's the act of cowards who won't man up and admit their mistake(s)...... But as we all know the other side uses / has used it so many times that it would be interesting to see just how it would be handled.. Would the powers that be ignore it or would they rightly act upon it as if the other side submitted it??

It is sad when a law abiding citizen has to climb through hoops to clear their name when low-lifes break the laws all the time and keep getting lower.

A lot of you visit OCDO so you know about this already. I spend too much time there, and lurk here once in a while.
There are going to be a lot of Pro 2nd people at the courthouse on the 4th.

The more people, the bigger voice we have. Hopefully this will provide a platform for changes in the General Assembly. If you can swing it, please try to be there.

I was really hoping to be there on the 4th, but some stuff has come up at work and I won't be able to break free for the day.

No news until after the court date on 4 January, I suppose.

Paul Henick went to court on 04 January and his case was continued until 15 March 2011. It seems that the prosecutor in the case (the same guy who prosecuted the Michael Vick case) wasn't very prepared and hasn't answered many of the subpoenas and official requests from Skidmark's attorney, Dan Hawes (username "user" on our forums). Additionally, the video tapes of the incident at the Surry Ferry were somehow not removed from rotation and were actually recorded over!

So what you're saying is that the state destroyed evidence which didn't support its case.
