Staunton Shoot N' Greet #1010 (VA)

Post by ZeSpectre »

Heads up folks, I've added a "special" Saturday shoot in October to try and make up for the missed action this year.
Clear your calender on SATURDAY, October 30 for the first annual Staunton "Shoot n' Greet" MONSTER SHOOT!

See the webpage for details
https://sites.google.com/site/cyansamurai/firearms/ssng

Hope you can make it

How big is this thing supposed to be?

I may be free that day but I am not a fan of crowds...

I plan to make it out there at this time, but that is subject to the overtime schedule and whether or not I am scheduled that day. I have easy access to cardboard so I will bring plenty, if I can go.

Saturday October 30 is the first day of muzzle loading season and being that Hite Hollow is on National forest land and is a public range, it'll probably be crowded. Hope it works out for you. I won't be able to make it myself, plan to be in the woods with the smoke pole.

Its a public range, so it very much 'depends'. Some are very well attended some much less so.

First day of ML season will likely have lots of folks in the woods not at the range.

Thanks for the great get together guys! It took me awhile to get there, but now that I know, I'll be going back. Thanks again for letting my wife shoot your .22's, she had a great time too! I can't wait for the next one.

Glad you joined in. Like I said at the range, your muzzleloaders were like the period at the end of a sentence. We'd all be there "pop-pop-pop-pop" and then you'd go "BOOM" and everything would pause for a minute :hysterical:
