what would be a good holster for this gun? i'm thinking black leather, but i seen a tan holster and it might not look too bad either.

I like the way my CBOB looks in my tan Galco Fletch. My only real complaint is that the thumb break is not large/long enough... it's blocked by the beavertail. Looks like your SA has the same Ed Brown beavertail so you might run into that problem with that holster as well... or not.

I have a Galco Fletch for my Kimber Tactical Ultra II, and it fits very nicely. I just looked at the Kimber and the Loaded, and I think the Fletch should fit the Loaded ok. I really like the Fletch - it carries at cant that makes it easier to conceal, and low enough that enough of the mass of the gun is supported by the belt so it doesnt tend to flop over from the top. Plus the thumb break is good thing to have. IMHO

nice piece you will love it, i have 3 1911's old colt , kimber , and a 01911 1 0f 500, made. that i have never shot, had it 3 years . i would like to have a springfield milspec. 5".

Great 1911! And A Springfield too! Gotta love those. I myself have a SA Mil Spec and loooove it.
