Mailing Address for Fairfax County

Hey everyone. I know that we can mail in our application renewals now, but does anyone know the mailing address?

They have an address for where we could pickup the applications, but is that the mailing address? Its listed as:

Fairfax Circuit Court Clerk's Office
Civil Intake Division (3rd Floor)
4100 Chain Bridge Road
Fairfax VA 22030

Since the form hasn't changed at the signature block, can I assume that we still have to have it notarized before we mail it in?

Went by the Courthouse this afternoon since I had the time. Asked the clerk and she told me I could have addressed it to the Civil Intake Division:

Fairfax Circuit Court Clerk's Office
Civil Intake Division
4110 Chain Bridge Road
Fairfax, VA 22030

So that address would have been fine. I'll know for 2015, unless the law get changed again.

Was a bit worried though, because even though she knew it was a renewal, the clerk asked for a current firearms training certificate. WHAT???? Luckily the clerk next to her told her that since it was a Fairfax renewal that the old cert on file was sufficient.
