I was unaware of this having occured. Follow this link for an interesting read that illustrates why we have the Second Ammendment. It is the story of what occured in Athens TN in 1946.

Ah, yes. The "battle" of Athens.

We need MANY MANY more of these. One should occur in Washington.

Better yet, we should build a 50' high wall around the city and fill it to the top with sulfuric acid, making doubly sure congress is in session at the time and the Resident is not traveling abroad.
