FACT # 1 GE owns NBC and MSNBC
FACT # 2 NBC and MSNBC deliberately rooting for Obama, before, during and after election.
FACT # 3 Head of GE joins Obama to promote smart grid.
I now hear if cap and trade happens GE will be set up to be a broker in all the money moving around for cap and trade. making billions. Also the records keeping software for the proposed health care system is pattented/owned by GE. Billions there as well.
Some MSNBC reporters and financial experts were saying this "didn't look right". They were promptly rebuffed and a visit by the head of GE stopped all questions/ inquiries

I guess I wasn't the only one that watched Glen Beck yesterday afternoon. It's going to be interesting to see how this all plays out. There's no question that GE stands to gain from cap and trade, but I never thought the Obama administration would be so blatant about it

Montana and Texas are going forward with an interesting law that says the fed government has no say over firearms/ammo/parts made in their respective state and sold to their citizens - it's the states right to regulate as they see fit. Will be interesting...

There are a few more states that are considering the same thing. We can only hope that Virginia jumps on the bandwagon too.
