Greetings from Ashburn, VA!!
I just bought my first gun via Davidsons from T&R Firearms and Shooting. Ordered online, picked up a day later, filled out my forms, but had to wait another day for my clearance to pass. No problem, went back last night and got my Glock 17 Gen4. I love the fact that it comes with three 17-round mags!!!
Anyways, I agonized between the Glock 17, Springfield XDm and the S&W M&P9 - shot them all at Blue Ridge Arsenal and finally settled upon the Glock.
So I live in Ashburn, and am on the waiting list for membership at Silver Eagle Group - what a place!
So I just wanted to say Hi and look forward to learning much from y'all soon!
BTW - if anyone needs any BMW (specifically E34 or E39(1989-2003)) advice, please don't hesitate to ask.

Everyone comes around to a Glock eventually. Some people just do it sooner. Congrats, and welcome!

Wow - the Ashburn crowd is growing! Maybe we should shake the place up and have an OC MeetnGreet in the middle of The 'Burn!

I picked up my new GP-100 from T & R last weekend. He has a bunch of Sig 238's in stock, if that's your thing. They looked pretty cool - I was tempted, but didn't bite. I'm thinking of something a little cheaper for CCW.

Welcome!! I am in Ashburn too.
Also a SEG annual passholder, shoot Glocks 19 & 26, and drive a 1997 E39. It needs a little love. Thinking of taking it to Curry's for a new thermostat.
But again, welcome! We should get some folks together at SEG sometime.

Shot at SEG tonight as part of the Handgun 101 class. We should do a meet there!
Re: Greetings from Ashburn, VA!!
Wow! This is great!
BTW - I will be a manager at Curry's soon, so we can talk then!
We should do a meet sometime, perhaps with some meat and frosty beverages involved?
My next acquisition will probably be a Mossberg 590A1 - although I'll try and source that one used...

Re: Greetings from Ashburn, VA!!
ok. This is getting a little weird now. I have a used Mossberg 590 Mariner. You are welcome to try it out before you buy. Will you be at the Chantilly Curry's?
Re: Greetings from Ashburn, VA!!
Probably the one in Reston, but Curry's is planning upon expansion this year if not next. There may be a Dulles store again and I may be heading up that one.
easternplinker - I'm looking for the 590A1 Adjustable 6-shot in all-black finish - thanks for the offer though!
