Thank you so very much. I hope he gets to come along to Sgt. Bill's in June. Just some uniform notes......

The Midshipan Anchor on his collar was worn by his Granpa Pat Rupertus at teh USNA. The gold "chin strap" on his cover is from his Pop-pop Dick Bates' (my Dad) Navy Uniform. Next school year he will also wear his Granpa's USNA Shoulder Boards. We're keeping Pop-pop Dick's Captain Boards safe for that fine day!

Oh, yes - he also has Pop-pop's USNA sword down at Tech - did I post that already?
