To Open Carry in Virginia?

I'm a Maryland Resident that has a Florida Non-Resident Permit. Legal, or must I be a Virginia Resident to exercise the Right ?

Anyone can open carry in Virginia as long as you have the legal right to own a firearm.

And CCW in VA with Florida Non-Resident Permit is legal.
