The Attorney Generals of Virginia, South Carolina and Florida have confirmed that they will file suit to stop Obamacare as unconstitutional. Nine more states are preparing to join the fray as well. Now is not the time to throw in the towel and quit.

I dont however think these challenges are going to work...do you...if so look around...how many times in the last week alone have you wondered why they are doing things unconstitutional and illegal. Do you honestly believe some AGs will stop them?

I would agree with you IF the current congress and administration were not running rampant and crapping all over our precious Constitution.

November? Nothing happens in November other than the mid-term election. I wont be happy until the new congress is seated next January. Anything can happen (as we have seen so many times with these twits) between 2 November and January when the new congress convenes...I dont believe for one minute any more that if we the people throw out the dems on election day that they will willingly leave...lets have this conversation again next January...

Bart Stupak and his "pro-life dems" got swindled on abortion. The executive order "promised" by Obama, (even if he keeps his word, which I doubt) will do nothing to change the wording of this bill.

the so-called "fixes" are in reconcilliation, will die at the hands of the Senate Parliamentarian , thus making the bill that passed last night,(The Senate Bill with abortion provisions) will be the one signed into law by the commie Obammie......

I could be wrong, but I believe that this "law suit" would only try to stop the "mandated Insurance buy" and that is only a small bad part of this huge bad bill. I recieved a letter from a Virginia Senator claiming that it didn't matter, once the bill is signed into law, (IN his opinion) He and fellow state senators will have no authority to question its standing, and in essence Virginia will have to observe it.(paraphrasing)(I think I posted that letter here somewhere....)
