For those who want to carry a flashlight with them!

Post by lyellowdragonl »

So sitting around i thought to myself id like to carry a nice flashlight just incase i had to draw my weapon at night and its just nice to have. I started to look online for something i can use to carry my light but did not want to have it in my pockets. i found somethings where it would attach to my belt but i wanted something where it doesnt stick out. So i went a bought a cheap Blackhawk Nylon concealment holster($11) and found a velcro strap from a belt. So after some test fitment and finding where i wanted to put the strap, i put it in place and added some super glue to hold it there. Had my awesome GF sew it in place and i added superglue on the threads and side of the strap for extra support.I already had a nice LED flashlight i bought at Home Depot (LED Lensers 7736TS)($25). It was small and compact and puts out a very bright light. Uses 3AAA and puts out 100lumes with a effective range of 715ft and battery life of 136hrs. Overall its nice to have and cheap to make!
