This is the only game meat processor I know of in the Hampton Roads area. Give them a call and see if they can grind for you.

Central Meat Packing on Kempsville Rd. used to do all that. Have they given up doing deer?OakRidgeStars wrote:This is the only game meat processor I know of in the Hampton Roads area. Give them a call and see if they can grind for you.

I had heard that they no longer handled game meat, but I could be mistaken. Give them a call and ask to be sure.gfost1 wrote: Central Meat Packing on Kempsville Rd. used to do all that. Have they given up doing deer?

still looking for a butcher that will make some sausage from my boned deer meat from last season, i didnt think it would be this hard to find someone! PLEASE HELP!
Re: i need a virginia beach deer processor!
It's not hard to do it yourself, you have already done the hard work. All you need is a grinder, pork fat and seasoning.gunsliner1985 wrote:still looking for a butcher that will make some sausage from my boned deer meat from last season, i didnt think it would be this hard to find someone! i have ground my own before, but i am hesitant to do my own smokeing, arent most summer sausages smoked? or dried in some way? or am i missing the reality that they are baked in the oven or something?Vahunter wrote:It's not hard to do it yourself, you have already done the hard work.
