Re: NRA Membership 1st year free
You could hit the link to the left of this page and join for one year for $25. That's $2 a month, well worth the magazine alone...you get the full membership with all bene's...
Its a no brainer.

It is a time for people who believe in the rights and freedoms we enjoy to stand their ground. By joining the NRA is a good place to start

Why not join NRA now? Your CHP has nothing to do with it. Its supporting a good cause, like the ability to carry something when you get your CHP...specterunseen wrote:when i get my concealed permit sometime this year, I'm definitely joining up.

Another good thing with having an NRA membership, is the opportunity to renew your membership each month.

Re: NRA Membership 1st year free
I hate to be a wet blanket, but the day the NRA announced their support for Tom Perriello for reelection as 5th District Congressman (thank God he was defeated) was the day I decided to never give so much as a penny to the NRA, ever.. They also like Harry Reid, though I'm not sure if they formally supported him. Perriello might have given lip service to gun rights, but he backed all the Obama/Pelosi/Reid crap 100%, like he was a damned puppet, even though the majority of the 5th CD was against it. He found out the hard way it doesn't pay to go against the wishes of the majority of your constituents.
