Survey on Alexandria Times about New Gun Ban

Check out the survey in the Alexandria Times about the new ban on guns on public property. I doubt it will make any difference, but it is a chance to make your voice heard about the disastrous City Council ordinance.

The Survey is down on the right side column of the page.

The wording on the survey is off, though. The city council's decision is not a violation of our second amendment rights, because the second amendment does not grant us the right to bear arms. The second amendment prohibits the government from infringing on a right we had before the city of Alexandria existed. Their decision to violate our rights is one they do not have the authority to make.
