2020 Lobby Day coverage.
Here's a place to post any media coverage of what happened in Richmond on 1/20/2020.
Here's a 5 and a half hour video from Breitbart News.

Four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, ammo - use in that order.
If you aren't part of the solution, then you obviously weren't properly dissolved.

I was there from 0730 to 1130 hours. It was cold, but worth every minute. I saw people who may or may not have been armed and others armed overtly. One guy carried around a 28 pound Barrett .50 caliber rifle all day long. Armed participants interacted with RPD, CPD, VSP and both sides were cordial and respectful. At the end of the day people walked around with plastic bags and cleaned up any trash that was left behind. Did see one guy carrying a sign that said "Gun Laws Save LIves." Someone stuck an orange "Guns Save Lives" sticker to the back of the bag he was carrying.
Northam tried to take credit claiming the peaceful event was due to his planning.
The WaPo, this morning, published a piece that said they saw militia groups marching in formation. I saw no such thing. The crowds starting at 0730 prevented any marching formations.
It was a great day for gun rights, and I'm sure the left is unhappy that nothing went wrong.
Predictably, the Dems in Richmond say this won't stop their gun-control agenda. The fight ain't over!
Edit: Almost forgot! Talked to people from Texas, Oklahoma, Maryland, W. Virginia, Pennsylvania, California, Nevada, Connecticut, Michigan, and heard foreign accents from other places. This isn't just about Virginia. Others realize this is the test case for national gun control. Many thanks to our out of state supporters.

I was there as well. I was proud to see so many Patriots in attendance. As Swampman said, it was cold. Really cold in fact. Especially if you were in the shade, or exposed to the breeze.
The messaging wont stop the Dems from passing legislation that makes most of us sick. I think this legislative session will set records for laws that get overturned in court (hope so anyways).
It was inspiring to see so many folks armed to teeth. Never an uncomfortable moment. Tens of thousands of guns, & probably a million plus rounds of ammo were in attendance yesterday. Not a single mishap from gun owners. No NG's, no threats, no nonsense. Exactly how it needed to be. I imagine the Lefties were VERY disappointed in our behavior yesterday.
Where were the counter protesters..?
Oh yeah I forgot. They only attack betas, & people unable to defend themselves...... cowards.
Plenty will consider this a failure as, the laws will still get passed. However, I believe it was great messaging to the hundreds of thousands of Virginians who for one reason or another wouldn't, or couldn't make it. The bitter cold, & Dem propaganda about violence, white supremacy, etc... kept many folks away. Plus, there's a significant number of people, right or wrong, who just don't want to be on a camera reel, or video clip from an event like this. Their reason may be social, economic, or other. However, guarantee they were encouraged by our presence.
I took many phone calls last night from friends all over the country who were very supportive. It confirmed (to me anyways), that many across the country are looking to us, as the tip of the spear, in this fight against tyranny.
Well done fellas.... well done.

There is virtually nothing that marching is going to do, they have already decided what they are going to do. Less than 24 hours later 100% of the pro-gun bills were all defeated in committee.
last election 28 seats held by democrats went unopposed. NO ONE EVEN TRIED to get elected in those districts. We just handed the seat to a democrat.
i"m sure a bunch of folks in Richmond came from those areas. Perhaps putting more effort in a few months before November would have allowed more relaxing in January.

I didn't go, but wanted to. I received a warning from a friend who works for the DOJ that I should avoid the event. I chose to listen to him. He's pro 2A. He was just concerned about I too he was getting and thought it best to recommend I don't go. I wanted to attend, but also heeded his warning because I know what he's done for the last 30 years.

ARFCOM had about 250 present. They did march in as a unit, though it was route step on the sidewalk, not 40 inches all around on the street.
RPD kept them on the sidewalk. They came in across the street from the front of the Pocahontas bldg, then executed a right turn a little further down.

Oh... One of their participants described the resolve he had about coming, and what he encountered.
He came expecting Kent State. What he found was Woodstock.

Heh. Woodstock saw a lot of mud, public drug use and sex acts, and barricade fencing torn down by unruly hippies.
We all behaved ourselves, at Lobby Day, thank you

All in all, an impressive turnout. Still, it pisses me off Gov Blackface pulled all his crap.
