He then attempts a car jacking, and is met by an armed driver. He flees to another car, jumps in the passenger seat, and finds another armed driver.
In despair, he flees to the bathroom of a salon, where the police arrest him shortly thereafter.

I almost feel bad for the idiot. On the other hand, the 1st driver should have just shot the poor bastard, put him out of his misery, and saved the taxpayers some money. Win-win, for all, in the long run.
