Where no guns are allowed, and they may be hard to obtain, evil will simply find another tool of destruction; in this case, a van:

Clearly, the answer is to simply ban all the things. Force people to stay in their homes, unless they have an outing permit, that specifies the limited legal times and occasions that they may leave. And, no co-dwelling. People living together might kill each other, so we can't have that.

No OUTING permit? Go directly to jail, do not pass GO, do not collect $200.00!
A Concealed Weapon Permit is nothing more than a permit to allow a LAC to wear a jacket.
