Possible Gunshots? (Audio/Video)

I'm looking for some help identifying / following up on possible gunshots in our neighborhood.

A neighbor was awoken recently by what sounded like 2 gunshots on the sidewalk in front of his home. They were able to pull security camera footage of the incident.

I've attached a 15 second clip. Not much was caught on video, but you can clearly hear what sounds like 2 gunshots at 0:08 and 0:10 seconds.

Anyone have any experience on identifying gunshots on audio or know someone who does? Any recommendations? The incident was reported to the local police. They have followed up, but by all accounts have not aggressively.

My neighbors are concerned for their children and themselves. Any advice / commentary would be appreciated. Feel free to contact me directly as well for more detail or the longer version of the video.
