I think that the "Other Side" may actually be EXCEEDING expectations, at this point. They've been at it, all year.
I'm actually OK with that, incidentally. Their disgusting displays, should they keep it up, and keep up with the pattern of getting progressively worse, will only serve to allow us to take our country back. If these tragedies have any silver lining, at all, that's where it is.
******************
I know that I said that I wasn't going to speculate, yet, but something occurred to me while I was driving.
This guy, Paddock (however his name is spelled; don't respect him, so I won't double check) had a good career. He managed to aquire wealth, a couple of planes, a few houses, etc. But, still, he was nobody, as recently as Sunday morning. He wasn't known. His daddy, on the other hand, was a notorious bank robber.
Perhaps, in his mind, his daddy was up there with Bonnie and Clyde, Jesse James, and the other famous outlaws. Yet, he, himself, was unknown on Sunday morning. Monday morning, though, suddenly the whole world knows his name. He has become notorious. His name is in the history books. And, now, he's better known than his daddy.
If we take it all at face value, perhaps that was his motivation. Or, if we allow for some conspiracy theory, perhaps that's how he was talked into participating in the conspiracy.
Not that his motivation is of any importance, outside of my own interest psychology. If I'm right, that just means that this guy was a pathetic wretch. If I'm wrong, well, he's still a pathetic wretch.
