Actually there is an entire genre of "adult" stories by quite a few, fairly good (some bad), non-professional authors about the progressive left in the US starting "THE PROGRAM" where all high school students are required by law to spend a week at all school functions wearing nothing but shoes and socks.
Also use the opposite sex bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers.
(protective gear for certain sports, chem. lab, industrial arts, etc.)
The idea being to break down the sexual attitudes of most people by removing the mystery and getting people comfortable with their own bodies.
