Wow, I doubt many Base Commanders will allow it though. Most make it to that rank by being risk averse.

if all this was possible under existing regs, why has is it never been policy on any base under 100's or even 1000's of different base commanders? Laws of large numbers say one or even a few CCW friendly officers made it to installation commander. right?
