Forum problems
Using my iPhone , I have a problem logging in . I have to log in several times before it works properly . Once logged in when I am using the desk top mode , when I go to Gen . Discussion it switches to mobile mode and logs me out. Also Gen . Discussion will not load page 1 .

Re: Forum problems
I note that toggling between "desktop" and "mobile",on my Android, will cause me to get logged out, too.
I just avoid desktop mode, unless someone posts a picture that I can't see in mobile mode. Even then, sometimes I wait to see if I can get the idea of it from what others are saying.

My problem is when I want to see page 1 in Gen. Discussion it logs me out. For me to be able to see updated discussion I have to click on View New Post .

That's strange, Randy....my iPhone works just fine when using the mobile web. If you're using the native web browser (Safari), I would suggest downloading Chrome, Dolphin, Opera, etc. See if you get any better results with another application.Snakester wrote:My problem is when I want to see page 1 in Gen. Re: Forum problems
I usually just go with the "new post" option, anyway. Just seems easier on a small screen, and I guess I've gotten used to it. It's been so long since I've frequented the "real" site, last time I logged on with an actual computer, I felt like I was in foreign territory.

I agree with using Tapatalk, or a different web browser such as Chrome.dusterdude wrote:Tapatalk fellas, tapatalk
In any case, I'll kick this upstairs and see what's up.

Glad to hear it. Safari is the Model T of web browsers.

Re: Forum problems
Meh, I really don't see the benefit to tapatalk. Tapatalk seems to have its own set of problems, and the minor inconveniences of the stock Android browser aren't all that bad, really. I'm pretty well used to it, by now. Been using it for the past 3 years.

Jay , Safari was working fine until I had to do an update. Then all kinds of problems. Chrome seems to be working good with no problems. Thanks !
