Planned Parenthood... Your Tax Dollars At Work

Post by SHMIV »

Planned Parenthood is a death cult. Apparently, they are not content to just brutally murder unborn children, but they want to help facilitate the deaths of those already born, too.

It seems that they've published a pamphlet, entitled "Healthy Happy and Hot", that suggests that one should not have to tell potential sexual partners if they have AIDS or HIV. Apparently, the right to sex trumps the right to know these things.

Apparently, the pamphlet has been around for a while, but the whole thing with Planned Parenthood, combined with the Charlie Sheen thing, has brought this pamphlet back to the public eye. A pamphlet, by the way, that we are helping to finance.

Here's a link:

http://mobile.wnd.com/2015/12/planned-p ... s-a-right/

I am beginning to wonder if Planned Parenthood and PETA aren't conspiring to facilitate the end of the human race.

They are among the lowest of the low. I put people who steal cars and people who cheat everyone they meet above those guys.

I have long pondered the thought is abortion an aberration in an otherwise good and generous people. Or is it merely a symptom of a nation awash in evil and selfishness and the good I see in others around me is the exception not the rule. Of late I am not sure which way I think.

Biblically speaking, MamaBear, people ARE inherently evil. I'd cite you a Bible verse, but I'm a little fuzzy headed from just waking up.

Incidentally, I have personally known a great number of car thieves and cheats. Even they had SOME standards.

Yes people have sin natures (we are all sinners) and all are capable of evil. I can quote scriptures too.

It is just a question of brutality. Abortion is an immensely brutal act on a defenseless person. That level of evil is severe. It is on par with slavery and genocide. So is that action an aberration and an exception to our nation or is abortion merely one of the most severe symptoms to a much more darker illness (one far more sinister than simple sin natures working themselves out).

The strangest irony to me...... Your typical PP types, are generally anti-death penalty advocates as well :bangin: So, the most evil, horrible people to walk the earth don't deserve to die but, the absolute most innocent do..?!?! I'll never understand them.

I've seen plenty of the same types, quote scriptures & or Jesus in defense of their opinion/s on capital punishment too..... while, at the same time advocating a secular society :bangin:

I'm sure you can quote scripture; probably with greater accuracy than myself. I didn't mean to imply that you couldn't :)

The Sin Nature is limited only by physical human limitations, and even those boundaries have expanded greatly over the course of time.

Remember Cain and Abel; that's fairly brutal, too. Cain had specific conversations with God, had a firm understanding of right and wrong, and beat his brother to death, anyway.

It's not a far stretch, then, that godless people in a godless society would murder unborn babies and sell off the parts.

Sin is synonymous with evil, thus a sin nature is an evil nature. We are all capable of evil, but it seems that Satan has a greater hold over some people, than he does over others. Or perhaps his purposes for some involve murder, while he only wants theivery from others. Great chaos takes great organization, and Satan has had lots of practice in creating chaos.

@ Viper: yeah, I've noticed the same thing. I'm not sure if it's irony, hypocrisy, or both.

While support women's right to choose, I feel that it is the responsibility of those with STDs to stem their spread. As a gay man it is always my concern about catching something so I made it my responsibility to add to the list of things I never leave the house without a condom.

There is a fine line between rights and being irresponsible, you never treat a firearm like it's not loaded and anyone you sleep with has a disease.

It is so easy to say you support a woman's right to choose, and I know this is a gun forum. But perhaps you should look up what happens to children during an abortion. It is horrific. It is not like a dog being put to sleep. There is ripping and tearing of a person who can most definitely feel that they are boing torn limb from limb. What we permit done to children we would never permit being done to anything else.

Yes I agree std's are a problem. That is why I tell people either be good (one man one wife for life) or be smart.

Sorry SHMIV....I have been in a bit of pain. TMJ, thanks so much Govenor McAwful. I meant to add another sentence that was inclusive between the two of us about knowing scripture. I did not mean to come off as smarty.

No worries, MamaBear. The written word is easily misunderstood, what with the lack of audio and visual cues that one would have in a face to face conversation.

My best friend also suffers from TMJ; more often than not, he's in pain. I can empathize with your situation. Incidentally, in the days before Obamacare, when he was unmarried and had no kids (and, thus, could afford the luxury), he found some relief from the TMJ at a chiropractor.

I go to a chiro and it helps. But when I get REALLY angry like I did last week. Nothing helps but to calm the heck down and drink some baileys.

Ooh.. Baileys. Good stuff.

Yeah, every day there's new stuff to be angry about. My wife is frequently angry about something that she heard on the news. I'll wake up, stick my head out to the front of the truck, and she'll be mad.

At this point, I try not to let it anger me. Anger can lead to poor judgment and rash decisions. I like to keep the wisdom of Paul at the forefront of my mind, especially what he writes to the Philippians in regard to contentment.

And, it occurs to me, MamaBear, that you are doing one of the most effective things to battle the evils of the world; you are raising your children in the Word, and schooling them at home. This is just as good for society as it is for your children, so be at peace, and take some comfort in that.

I support them not by dent of what happens to their fetus, but because it is their body just as this is mine. And just like my being gay is of no one else's concern neither is the choices they make. It is not me that has to live with that choice, it is them. And I could go into how the fetus is a part of them until birth but that is an argument for another time. I have no doubt it is possible that the procedure is bloody, few surgeries are, but like I said I am not a woman so it is not my place to make a choice for someone else.

And about the std's, it is one of many reason I support same sex marriage and urge other's to do the same. That and I want to get married one day!

Would you say that about a parent that kills their child after it is born. Not my business....it's their choice.

Because I assure you that babies and children do required care after they are born and that does take a toll on the parents bodies particularly the mothers. Sleepless nights. Exhaustion. Extreme levels of stress. So should the parents of a newborn be able to choose whether or not to kill the child? How about a toddler?

You can say....oh it's a slippery slope and that will never happen. But it is happening in other places and it is being argued for.

Why is it murder to kill a baby at 25 week gestation if they are out of the womb, but perfectly acceptable to do so if they are in the womb.

That is a very late term abortion. Its legal all the way to the end of the 84th trimester. 72nd trimester if you are in a Red state.
