In the subject line put “Bus reservation, party of x”, where x is the number of people traveling with you.

To help cover the cost of these buses, we have a *suggested* contribution of $25. It’s more important the we have a big turnout than it is to cover the cost of the buses, so if you can’t afford the $25, just contribute what you can.

Jay, I have a he'll of a time walking. I was wondering how much walking there is if we use the bus? Is this service to the door?

I believe the buses will drop off within a block of the GA building. Being that it's a holiday, there isn't much traffic in that area.
