Seriously though... If someone engages in a crime using a firearm, it is actually beneficial to the 2A cause almost no matter what.
If they bought the gun(s) legally, it proves that the existing laws don't work and should be repealed since they don't stop someone from becoming a criminal and you can't see the future to stop a crime.
If they bought the gun(s) illegally, it proves that the existing laws don't work and should be repealed since people who are already criminals buy guns on the black market or steal them, ignoring the current law, and therefore does not stop crime.
We can't vet every single person that wants to come to the US or is in the US to the degree that we can prevent terror attacks for the same reason outlawing gun ownership doesn't work. The only options we have is to have a strong, diligent criminal investigation machine and give the people the power to protect themselves with superior arms.
I wrote this on Facebook, and it unleashed a sh'tstorm, because I used an EMOTIONAL argument AGAINST the anti-gunners. 4 people "unfriended" me. BWHAHAHA:
I would like to know why Anti-gun people hate women, and old people? Seriously.
More violence takes place against those who are weaker, frail, and unable to defend themselves. We're talking lil' old ladies like my MOM! We're talking wounded vets in wheelchairs! We're talking about young girls who have to struggle to make ends meet living in questionable neighborhoods while they work really hard to get an education to better themselves. So you want to remove their one ability to defend themselves?
And once more, you make it harder to defend yourself by making it easier to FIND victims by restricting areas that people can carry a firearm. They're going to a location with the LEAST POSSIBLE RESISTANCE! Schools, Government buildings, Malls,etc. etc.
Those poor innocent people who lost their lives because your "comfort" is more important, you should feel shame for your selfishness.
In the darkness of night, when there comes violence to your door, and your children are shaking in fear, your other is looking to you for guidance, you want to meet that unreasonable, unstable, and unrelenting violence....

That's one of the reasons why I don't Facebook; it's supposed to be a great offense to be "unfriended". Pfft. Like I care. Also, I feel the need to respond to every idiotic political statement, and end up arguing with some leftover hippie moron that went to high school with my mother (my mother must have made quite the impression on him; he remembers her, and she has no recollection of the fool). Hell, there are in depth discussions that take place here, that I forget to keep up with, and I much prefer debating and discussing things with you guys. Screw Facebook.
