I said I was going to paint mine black, replace the base plate with a MOE stock, and weld a muzzle break on top. LOL

That right there, in your hands, would get you shot by a cop. Betcha.
People have been shot for holding a camera, for holding cellphones, etc. and they sure as hell don't look as much like an EBR (evil black rifle) as that jack does.
