Spotsy Riverbend School Shooting Plot Thwarted

Post by allingeneral »

Two students were arrested after a Virginia school shooting plot was thwarted. Officials intervened before a gun attack was carried out by two juveniles in Spotsylvania County, Virginia, earlier this month.

Suspicions grew with police after one of the students was arrested on October 12 for writing some threatening material online about plans to commit serious acts of violence against fellow students and teachers at Riverbend High School. The student was charged with “threatening violence by means of Internet and was ordered held in the Juvenile Detention Center,” NBC 4 News reports.

Internet.
Main Stream Media (who can't leave a tragedy alone and have to report for days on end when something terrible like a school shooting occurs).

I honestly believe that the MSM is complicit in the rash of deadly shootings that we've endured over the last few years. They should treat mass shootings the same way that they treat Donald Trump. Ignore, report on something else - don't give them any press.

With rights come responsibilities. Basically, the US is dealing with a subculture of suicidal people that have no qualms about creating pain and anguish as they make their exits, and MSM is feeding their frenzy...in spite of their responsibilities created by their rights.

The news is 24x7, in every type of media and sensationalizes stuff like this. Drives me nuts.

Suppose the news couldn't be accessed until age 21...and couldn't be accessed in government buildings or schools...and a National News Act restricted hard news...

Sounds pretty communist to me. Plus..... the press is constitutionally protected much like a right we all love. Some peoples inability to process news reporting, & or propaganda, shouldn't equate to a ban on news...... hmmm.... sounds like another amendment :)

The 1st Amendment wont go anywhere anytime soon. Even if it would save just one child, the State controlled media is too important.
