VA wants to take his guns

Post by wittmeba »

A Concealed Weapon Permit is nothing more than a permit to allow a LAC to wear a jacket.

Good to read about.

What if he stopped handling his own finances because he finds it to be tedious, and he has a trusted family member that's willing to do it for him? That's his business.

Shame on the VA.

I'm telling you, we are getting closer to the breaking point. Someone has to back down, and not the free people.

The last thing I want is for there to be a revolutionary war or civil war, but I feel like someday very soon, one of the government overreach exercises is going to end bloody instead of a cowardly side-step by a bureaucrat. The VA, EPA, BLM or some other non-elected rule generating machine is going to show-up in force, with LEO's, to make an example of someone who is resisting their stolen authority. I thought for sure the Bundy Ranch was going to be it.

I guess they will keep testing the waters until either a Conservative movement in government reels them back or another war begins.

I feel the same thing.
And from experience, it can happen literally overnight, any day.

All one has to do is ask the question why do we have all these "FEMA camps" ready to go? The warehouses are there, all they need is the cattle.

I am no conspiracy theorist, but I started wondering last week if the uptick in violence in American cities is planned and is Obama and the Justice Department running guns illegally to inner city gangs like they did with Fast and Furious. I do not think it is a coincidence.
I also think Trump is in Hillary's camp pretending to be a Republican because he will fracture the votes like Ross Perot did in 92.

I don't see Ross Perot running as a bad thing. The bad thing was that people were too stupid to see that he was right. Many of those who did not vote for him (and many who did) have lost their jobs. Do you think that they regret now?

You know who talked Trump into running, right? That would be Bubba, called him up & talked him into it. No real suprise, as I said the two of them would have improve by 10,000% to make Jerry Sanduskys level. Nasty, evil, sacks of........

"Arnold received a letter from the VA in which he was allegedly informed that he was no longer fit to own guns. KREM 2 reports “an inspector was to go to Arnold’s home August 6 to complete an inspection and seize the guns.”"
....................................................................................
What I want to know is, BY WHAT AUTHORITY does the freakin' Veterans Administration send an "inspector" into someone's home to inspect OR to seize his property?

Somebody needs to be charged and prosecuted under 18 U.S. Code § 242 - Deprivation of rights under color of law
US Code:

Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, **********************************
willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States,
********************************
or to different punishments, pains, or penalties, on account of such person being an alien, or by reason of his color, or race, than are prescribed for the punishment of citizens,
**********************************
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

I mean, really, this is totally preposterous! Whoever set this in motion has no concept of the limits of governmental power (or even that there ARE any), and ought to be locked up as a hazard to the rest of humanity.

Think about it:

As a matter of principal, there is little difference between having them decide this old dude ain't worth his right to keep and bear arms and having them decide he is not worth his right to life and/or liberty. Come to think of it, I guess that's pretty much what they did to those veterans that died waiting for treatment, so no wonder they deem themselves so nearly omnipotent. Really; this is pretty much exactly what the British did to the colonists that started the American Revolution. Tar and feathers is too good for the bastards!
