Has anybody come across this article yet? Fairly interesting...basically just making excuses to defend the administration's shortcomings, rather than presenting a plausible argument for their claim.

Democracy does not guarantee equality of conditions - it only guarantees equality of opportunity.
I read this thread a couple hours ago. Now that I finally stopped laughing, I am able to respond, If I were sitting in a Buffalo Wild Wings reading an article in Rolling Stone about how "Great " BO is ...That would be 3 things at once that makes me want to PUKE !!!
Rolling Stone is a magazine written and published by stoners and for stoners. I probably wouldn't be too much less surprised by such a brainless assertion if it was written in High Times.
At what point did Rolling Stone become something that people take seriously, anyway? They're professional groupies with pens. And they should stick to that.

Why pay any attention to this rag? Same publication who's idea of "journalism" was the unsubstantiated rubbish about UVA. Hopefully the law suits from this will bankrupt them & put an end to this rag.
I do like the mans initials, BO - he stinks. Best one word description I've heard.....feckless. Sums it up.
It's just my opinion & worth exactly what you paid for it

This. My first thought when I saw the subject line on the OP was that Rolling Stone was well qualified indeed to advance yet another baseless fairy tale on that small fraction of the public that lacks sufficient judgment and self respect to refuse to read their trash.

Gun-crazy? Me? I'd say the gun-crazy ones are the ones that don’t HAVE one.
