The rain is just getting here in Suffolk, not too bad so far. Hopefully it stays like this so the weed & feed I put down 2 days ago starts doing it's magic.

Any fallen limbs or anything like that MBC?

The tornado warning area was just extended from Franklin to southern Suffolk. Be careful out there.

We didn't get any wind, but the rain made people drive stupid, and there are a PLETHORA of idjuts in ditches.

Works like this from the outside to the inside: Merge/Exit/Slow Lane- Regular Lane-Passing Lane.

Doesn't change just because it's raining.

Yeah I've never quite understood why people freak out (it seems) over rain. In gymnastics for my lik one today parents were taking their kids from there to drive an hour home. I was telling the parents that remained if they were so concerned they shouldn't have come in the first place since the warning has been out since noon and that the gym (all concrete) is the safest place to stay.
We're on the way home though now, rain is kinda heavy but not bad. Average traffic between the HRBT and Portsmouth blvd.

A couple trash cans knocked over. A few trees in the forest down.

Why do we get worried about rain? I don't worry about rain. I worry about wind. When you witness your neighrbor's house demolished by a tree and their kids get tore up, you'd worry about wind too!

Yep. Worry about wind. I also worry about how people will react. It has been my observation that people in groups become stupid, panicky creatures when the idea of a disaster is suggested.

In our house we react to high winds by going to the computer room (no windows, lowest level of house) and under the computer bench.

Lest you think your nomadic brethren sidestepped that tornado warning, I apparently have those sky funnels touching down near mein Nebraska. And I'm running a light load, today.

Exciting!
