CA State Senator busted for Arms trafficking!

Yee discussed helping the agent get weapons worth $500,000 to $2.5 million, including shoulder fired automatic weapons and missiles, and took him through the entire process of acquiring them from a Muslim separatist group in the Philippines to bringing them to the United States, according to the affidavit by FBI Special Agent Emmanuel V. Pascua.
Wonder if CNN is gonna run this story at all.

I remember fighting this fool of a senator before I left CA. He was trying to push through a high-profile gun-control bill at the time. When I heard he was busted for corruption and *WEAPONS TRAFFICKING* I about lost my lunch.

They'll run it, but for some odd reason they neglected to note his party affiliation. I'm sure it was just an oversight.

I read a local article and half of it was explaining what bullet buttons were and how they worked and how this guy was trying to ban them. Distraction much?

Is it a shock a politician dedicated to banning guns was illegally selling them?

By keeping them illegal he kept his prices high.

The California Dems just suspended three of their Dems Senators for ethics....

I guess the Progressive/Commies are learning that you cannot be in charge for long with a "Do as I SAY! Not as I DO!" mentality!

Nah, they'll just rewrite the ethics rules for next session.

Hell, not even that... they busted Ares Armor in Oceanside for blocks of plastic... its time to give the BATF something better to do... like bust gangbangers and such. OOPS my mistake... busting gangbangers is hard and dangerous

It is much easier to harrass business owners than go after hardened criminals. Besides they want to go home at the end of the day.....so hardened criminal lair/business owner property......who do you want to raid?
