Well sir, you'd be wrong.

Everything I learned from constitutional makes clear the plain meaning of the words is what matters with 2A.

Shall not be infringed, is clear enough.

I'm missing something. How come openly admitting that your state has been interpreting the Constitution wrong for 140 years justifies continuing to do so?
