Town Police Supply Richmond
Just picked up my new G26 at Town Police Supply. They are really friendly and I got a great deal. Because I am a volunteer rescue squad member I got law enforcement pricing on my Glock, so it was only $398 brand new! I couldn't believe it, and they had them in stock. I'm glad I canceled my order at southern, especially when they told me it would arrive in a week and that was more than a month ago! I would totally go back there again, and their ammo prices are reasonable too.

I also had a very good experience over the weekend at Town Police Supply. I bought a Glock also, and Mike helped me there. He was extremely helpful and friendly, actually all the guys there were veru friendly. The prices were awesome and the sale was quick.

Must be new people there. I went it a few of years ago. The guy working wouldn't give me the time of day, much less show me a pistol (I'm female & not "important"? ). Maybe I'll try again. . .

I sent a female student there to buy a Glock and get night sights installed and she was very happy with the service.justsumstuff wrote:Must be new people there. I went it a few of years ago. It's my go to place for Glock, S&W and Walther handguns.

I still have yet to check them out even though they're less than 5mins from me!

Be cautious of what you purchase from them and double check their return policy!
I recently purchased an Eotech XPS2-1 optic from them, but unfortunately had to return it the next day. They told me that the owner had 'recently implemented a $25 restocking fee'. This was the only one they had left in the store and was an open box/display model ---- what's to restock?? If it had been a brand new, never before opened/used item, then maybe, but that was not the case here. I checked with a couple other gun shops in the area, appears TP is the only one charging a restocking fee. I have spent thousands of dollars with them over the years, but if this is how they choose to do business now, then I will look elsewhere to spend my money in the future.

What was wrong with the Eotech?madrenj wrote:Be cautious of what you purchase from them and double check their return policy!

I had a SCAR 17 and 16. I also had a bunch of Glocks and a couple H&K pistols. Oh and a DDM4, but I sold everything when our government told me these dangerous tools can actually hurt someone. Apparently they grow legs and go on killing sprees.

We'll I would send an email letting the owner know of your compliant and give them a chance to change it. I used to go there all the time they had ammo when a lot of other places didn't.

Re: Town Police Supply Richmond
I purchased a Glock 17 at Town Police Supply last week during their sale event. They had the best price of the local gun shops I called.
I was impressed with their great customer service. Everyone in the place was friendly. Mike was great to work with on my purchase.
