I'm looking forward to my Bday this year. GF will have an appointment with the doc; so I know I'll be home. Why is this relevant? Because, sometimes I like to wear a suit and tie, fire up a good cigar, and drink a martini. Or
two.

That's an activity reserved for special occasions. I reckon a Bday is special enough.

A new drink I discovered called bullet proof coffee. Oh it is so good!

This is the recipe. I used the coffee I had lying around. I used coconut oil in place of the MCT whatever that is. I added a splash of cream line milk and a squirt of chocolate.
