It's a start of a whole new world for him.
It came out yummy! Fried with flour, garlic salt and basil... Added Parmesan afterwards.

I remember my first one. North Dakota. 1970. Just after daylight one morning up near the border (had to drive up near the Canadian border to find trees and squirrels). Antler. That was the name of the nearest town. Antler. Slipped my mind for a minute.

Hunting is a good thing for kids if taught/supervised correctly. I think it helps build/improve character and self confidence.
