Selling a .22 rifle to out of state buyer

Can I do a FTF sale with a Maryland resident for a .22 rifle (long gun)? I want to be sure before agreeing to sell it. Thanks.

To my knowledge, Maryland residents can come to Virginia to purchase long guns from FFLs, but not private sales.

Go to your local FFL in Virginia and have them do the paperwork on your Maryland purchaser.
