I just watched six Cuccinelli commercials in a row on TV. This thread beats them all.

And, I own page 7.

Really looking forward to seeing what the NRA threw together for their TV ads. They start tomorrow.

In truth? I'm praying Ken wins... and then the backpeddling of the polls, and such continues...

Polls are designed to tell what someone thinks, not what someone DOES!

I lost faith in polls during multiple elections, and when American's said "We don't want Obamacare", but didn't do a frickin' thing about it.

I hope MARK WARNER, and LIL' TIMMY BOY KAINE have their azzez handed to them over their gushing support of T-mac....

I have no representation in this state, and that pisses me off.

I think voting machines are rigged lol. We never had so many "close" elections back when it was paper. There is no way every presidential election is 48/51. This country isn't that down the middle. Same goes for the state level ones recently. I don't trust them...I suppose that is another topic of discussion.

Here's your next Gov. Virginia.

Vote Sarvis and you put out the red carpet for these people!

Well we got a shot.....now pray hard and go to the polls. If you must vote for Sarvis...well it is your vote cast it as you choose.

Sarvis not too far behind Cuccinelli in a poll published yesterday. If he gets into the next debate I see this number going quite a bit higher. Not too shabby for a guy with only thousands to spend in his campaign instead of millions and a bunch of people saying he's a throw away vote.
One possible stumbling block for Cuccinelli is the strength of the third candidate, Libertarian nominee Robert Sarvis. When the Northern Virginia entrepreneur and attorney's name is put into the race, Zogby found nearly a 5-point edge for the Democrat with McAuliffe at 32.2 percent, Cuccinelli 27.4 percent, Sarvis 12.7 percent, and others 3.2 percent.

Since the other two don't seem to want Sarvis in the debates, here he is answering some of the questions:

Here's your rule of law guy in action. The champion of liberty I keep hearing about. The debate organizers already have the rules in place, but he wants to change them.

Pucker up for a big kiss from Hilary!

http://dailycaller.com/2013/09/30/democ ... huts-down/

That's what a vote for sarvis is gonna buy you!

I'll take those nasty guns off your hands as I retire in Texas.

Vote Sarvis and you put out the red carpet for these people!
We've already discussed this at length. If your guy losses it's because of YOU and your choice in mediocre candidates to run under the Republican banner. Claiming otherwise is disingenuous and is a practical claim to own another persons vote. That aside...

When you make such outlandish claims you do significant harm to your cause. When someone who is truly independent and undecided reads your attempts to guilt others into voting for your mediocre candidate, it puts them off. We can argue if it should or should not be that way and why, but I'm telling you it is. People resent being accused or guilt tripped into thinking just like you. If your guy was so great, you'd be able to win the argument on rationale and without resorting to such distasteful guilt trips.

If you want people to vote for your candidate, learn to choose better candidates rather than just the next guy in line.

See above.

You don't own another persons vote. If they vote for someone other than your guy it's because YOU choose a poor candidate and could not convince them otherwise. Quit passing the buck.

Forcing the competition out by arbitrary rules isn't very liberty minded.

Thanks for your logical and rational presentation of facts in an attempt to sell people on your chosen candidate. :bangin:

As for Sarvis,

Not worked for or been associated with Clintons... CHECK!
Not taken funds or stocks from corporate interests that seem very inappropriate for the current office.... CHECK!
Most Pro-2A response to the VCDL candidate survey (despite VCDL-PAC endorsement of the AG (WTF?))... CHECK!
Not bent on enforcing tenets of his religion via legislation (We get upset when it's Sharia, but not Catholicism?)... CHECK!
Pro business... CHECK!
Pro small government... CHECK!
Pro school choice... CHECK!
Pro home school... CHECK!
Opposed to universal comprehensive health care... CHECK!
Reduce bureaucracy in state transportation... CHECK!

Sarvis is not qualified:

No experience working in or with the legislature.
No experience fighting against the federal government under the 10th Amendment.
No experience leading large organizations.
Demonstrated lack of ability to communicate his agenda to the people.

I am sure I would like Sarvis personally, and I admire his success in life. But at the game of politics, he's like an enthusiastic amateur wanting to play in MLB.

Is Cuccinelli anti-home school? Can you cite that because that's not cool if he is?
