I gotta say I'd take anything from that site with oh, a pound of salt.

"CPS breakes into Nikolayev_S Home-full version HD.mp4" a conspiracy is not.

CPS abuses are nothing new unfortunately, they've long been a sort of modern Inquisition whereby the state descends upon you to seize your blood and property based on an anonymous accusation.

These forced home invasions have been going on for a long, long time. What is new is the funding that Obamacare gives so as to make it possible to increase the activity. Also, you have to wonder if this will be politicized just like the rest of the government under Obama. If they are willing to get the IRS to harass you for political reasons, just imagine how busy you won't be in opposition politics if your children were forcibly removed.

Come on, guys! They're only doing it "for the children". You *do* support the protection of children, don't you?

Let me be frank to any grubbiment watching: Make no mistake you set one foot in my home without my explicit permission and you WILL die! Trust me at that point you'll be lucky if I use my guns as I can be very sadistic with those who seek to harm me and mine.

Personally, I have found cops hate lawyers... I think a bevy of decent lawyers PROACTIVELY going after LEA's for doing things like this would be a EXCELLENT use of resources.

We need a group of lawyers as vicious, slimy, and brutal as the Feds, State, and Locals have available.

God forbid I win the lotto. My goal? Will be creating a structure that can be used NATIONWIDE by ANY grassroots organization for building members, activities, e-mail/phone trees, and action plans...

It's true though, this "for the children" crap has been an excuse to clamp down on people since at least Socrates was forced to drink hemlock for "corrupting" them.

As usual, I will defer to the master George Carlin on "for the children"
Something else I’m getting tired of… there’s all this stupid bullsht that we have to listen to all the time about children. It’s all you hear in this country… children, “help the children!” “what about the children?” “save the children!” You know what I say? **** the children! ****‘em! They’re getting entirely too much attention! And I know what you’re thinking, you say “Jesus, he’s not gonna attack children is he?” Yes he is! He’s going to attack children!

And remember, this is Mr. Conductor talking; I know what I’m talking about! I also know all you single dads and soccer moms who think you’re such ****ing heroes aren’t gonna like this, but somebody’s gotta tell you for your own good, your children are overrated and overvalued. You’ve turned them into little cult objects, you have a child fetish, and it’s not healthy! Don’t give me that weak sht “well, I love my children!” **** you! Everybody loves their children, doesn’t make you special.

John Wayne Gacy loved his children… kept them all right out on the yard near the garage. That’s not what I’m talking about. What I’m talking about is this constant mindless yammering in the media, this neurotic fixation that somehow, everything, EVERYTHING has to be revolved around children. It’s completely out of balance.

I was riffing on the alleged Hitler quote, "The state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. As long as the government is perceived as working for the benefit of the children, the people will happily endure almost any curtailment of liberty and almost any deprivation."

I have a few choice words about the CPS. As a child when I needed them, (I am not going to get into detail here) they did nothing to help me. Even when I was able to show marks and damage.

No one is allowed in my home or around my kids without my explicit permission. NO ONE

I thought about the way that sounded. I will have to go into a little bit of detail to clarify. I was in an abusive home. I tried to get help by explaining to the CPS agent that picked me up when I was going to fo see my dad on my own, that I needed help and wanted to live with my father. They assured me that I would not get into trouble and would not get hurt. Bahhh worthless, so I waited it out and left when I was in college to start my own life.

There are certainly plenty of governmental intrusions into the sanctity of the home right now. Child services workers – many of them twenty-something-year-old women fresh out of college where they got a degree in “Social Work” and think they are judge, jury and executioner - do outrageous things all the time AND GET AWEAY WITH IT. Building inspectors. Tax audits. School officials on some occasions. The list goes on and on. But this notion of intrusive examinations in the home arising out of health care comes up at a time when I have recently watched just such things happen even without Obamacare as an added enabler.

I recently watched a couple of outrageous intrusions by home health care companies. In the first, a woman was being cared for in her home by her daughter. The woman was in poor health and experiencing dementia due to a stroke. The family was destitute. They could hardly afford to buy medicine using the mother’s Medicare benefits; much less pay for an extended care facility or even home health services. A local home health care company reported the daughter for “neglect” and giving care without required credentials in an attempt to get assigned to render the care. The report was totally bogus. The daughter was busting her @ss to look after her mother and doing a credible job.

Then, not too long after that, a good friend of mine was in the process of dying of bowel cancer. His wife was a pharmacist and his daughter was an RN. He was a hard-boiled old cold-war-era ex-Marine, and knew what was in store for him. He faced it as squarely, pro-actively and bravely as you’d expect of a man like that. In accordance with his expressed wishes, they cared for him in the home. He was never alone. Skilled nursing care was available around the clock. He was meticulously cared for. He had 2 or 3 doctors who had been personal friends looking in on him regularly. If he soiled himself, he was cleaned immediately. In short, the care he had was as loving, competent and diligent as was humanly possible. The same home health care company turned them in because the daughter, an RN, had given him a shot of pain killer prescribed by one of the doctors and filled by the wife, a pharmacist. The local health department came to the home and did a full blown investigation. Again, the motivation for the report was to have the health care company get paid to render the care. The complaint in this case was also groundless.

But the point is that in both cases, the families were harassed and disrupted at a time when there was already more stress and burden than they could stand. I told SWMBO that if I ever got sick and was being looked after at home (as I was for a few years back when I had my big spinal surgery) and that or any home health company or agency came to the door, she should tell them I said they could go straight to hell and not let them in the house without a court order.

In agreement.

Rather how I feel about the public school that let a 110 lb 12 year old be thrown down the stair by a person twice their weight and the teachers that did nothing to stop the abuse of one person by 30 or 40. Note: I was pretty much the only white girl in a school of almost all minorities, at the time I thought that had nothing to do with the abuse I suffered. Now 20 years later I am thinking otherwise.

I need to get a dog. This type of stuff, that it is even a question, calls me to the need to have a four legged deterent in the house. Not that it will stop a armed LEO, like as not they will just shoot my dog, but it might give a potential CPS pos time to recoil and give me a minute to ask for their warrant.
