July 2 - Libertarian Gov Candidate Kickoff Party

Post by ShotgunBlast »

For everyone who said in 2012 that they like the Libertarian platform, but "this election is too important to vote 3rd party", now is your chance to meet gubernatorial candidate Robert Sarvis in Richmond and put your money where your mouth is! Sarvis will be on the ballot this November and with many Virginians not receptive to either Cuccinelli or McAuliffe, this may be the 3rd choice people have been looking for. Lt. Gov and AG ballots are separate, so you can still vote D or R for them if you'd like.

On July 2nd at The Robin Inn in Richmond, the official kickoff party for the Sarvis For Governor Campaign will happen. The fun begins at 6pm and there will be other Libertarian candidates from around the state joining there as well to celebrate (I've also met Chris Sullivan who's running for delegate in the Hanover/Fredericksburg area and he's a good common-sense guy too).

Robert's focus on marriage equality, universal school choice, and running a fiscally conservative government enabling lower taxes for Virginia really does emphasize his motto that Virginia is open-minded and open for business. Instead of voting AGAINST the other guy, here's a great opportunity to vote FOR someone.

I genuinely like the man known as "the Cooch", if not his party.

I will definitely be voting for this guy Nov 2nd. If you want a party that will not compromise on your gun rights the Libertarians are the way to go.

From: http://www.robertsarvis.com/gun_rights

I object to gun-control advocates who rhetorically and falsely equate "gun culture" with a "culture of violence." This is extremely misleading.

I also object to the Republican Party's attempts to get the information of all concealed-carry permit holders in Virginia. Republicans claim to be in favor of freedom, gun rights, and privacy, but this once again shows that the Republican Party's self-interest comes before the rights of the people.

In contrast, I support Constitutional Carry, which several states already recognize without harm to the safety of their citizens.
