If you are Caucasian, male, and God forbid conservative or libertarian and you run afoul of the powers that be expect to be made an example of, have charges made up against you, and generally have them try to ruin your life in any and every way they can for as long as they can. Petty thugs have taken their cues from on high and no one, not innocent 5 year olds, not grandpas, not 14 year olds are exempt from their tyranny.

Silence is incriminating. Refusing to follow an unlawful order by the police gets your put in jail. The government executes unlawful searches and the Constitutionally sworn officers of the law march dutifully along.
