Shooting Range Table

Post by Snakester »

Several of us got together Sunday Morning to do some Rimfire Shooting. We were at my friend Paul's House/Range...He has a nice 100 yd. Set Up. The only problem is his 1947 Montgomery Ward Folding Card Table that he insist be used...Well finally it broke beyond repair....You would think his brother had died ! He acted like he wanted everybody to leave . We shot a little more , then Matt and I left. We felt pretty bad and even thought about going Card Table Shopping , then we ended up building Paul a shooting table. He is a Lefty and his wife is right handed and shoots with him a lot! This is what we came up with. When I build something I always build 2....I need a table for my indoor BB Range.

That is a nice table. How long did it take to make?

I built 2 tables Sunday....It took about 3 hrs. to build and paint. I had a friend helping me . we actually built these from scrap treated lumber that I have saved. The top is 1" thick Composite Decking...I have about 50 pcs. 30" long and this is a great use for them. This table is like shooting on a "Rock".
