I have the S&W 642. Great pocket gun. That said, I would love to add an SP101 to my collection. I have the GP100 and it's awesome.

Ended up getting a sig p239 instead from off this forum and will use it as a daily cow piece. Still can't help myself from continuing to look at the wheel guns though.

I like the Taurus Protector quite a bit. I don't own one, but have shot a friend's on numerous occasions and will be purchasing one in the near future.

Ruger Sp 101 is a great carry gun, well built and you get a lot of bang for your buck. Ruger also has awsome customer service! Taurus has came along way and they have a lifetime warrenty on all of their firearms no matter if you are the original owner or the 100th and they are lower in cost, goodluck!

My SP101 was my first revolver and even compared with all my semi's one of my favorite guns. Small enough to conceal yet big enough to be a multi purpose gun.101stABdiv wrote:Ruger Sp 101 is a great carry gun, well built and you get a lot of bang for your buck.
