In addition, Toomey no doubt unintentionally agreed to repeal one of the most important protections for gun owners that was included in the 1986 McClure-Volkmer Act - the provision that would allow you to take an unloaded, locked-up gun through states like New York without being stopped. Under a new subsection (c), the Toomey-Manchin-Schumer bill would require you to “demonstrate” to the satisfaction of New York police where you were coming from and where you are going to. And, if you don’t do that to their satisfaction, they can arrest you.

So, 4th Amendment, too.

In public? No t-shirts, no camo, you MIGHT see a "print", but otherwise? I try to blend in...

The GOP is A J-O-K-E... I was a member at one time, and watched the political machine... it's oiled with agreements, and back door deals. I left after I watched a good guy get creamed with a mediocre guy who would follow, not lead.

McRINO and Grahamnesty are hell-bent on destroying conservatives and Tea Party members, even if it means electing progressives. Even when the reality of Obamacare sinks in next year, they both will be fighting to defeat conservative candidates in the mid-term elections.

It's intentional. It prevents any real argument from being made, only mindless propaganda and slogans. It's not a debate or interview, it's a pre-meditated deception.

Interrupt, ask another question (gives the appearance of the guests inability to answer the previous question), repeat slogans, demand yes/no answers to fabricated questions which are designed to provide sound bites, etc.

The news quit being valid a long time ago. Most news organizations are no better than Hollywood when it comes to truth and accuracy. Their reporting is as truth as Lincoln is a vampire slayer.

Congressman Rigell is also for gun control. Its sad that none of the laws are they trying to enact would have prevented Sandy Hook. Its is just a power grab by the elites and government.

Next thing you know, they will want the Navy to quit flying the Gadsden Jack on our ships. This flag was one of the first U. S. flags and the first U. S. Navy Jack that was flown from the Bow of U. S. Navy ships then and as of 2002 on our ships today.
