Additionally the pro-life movement is very young and very passionate. So much so that NARAL is worried about the future. So throw them off the bus at your own peril. They are not a shrinking or ageing dynamic.

I've noticed this, these kind of rallies do have alot of young people, yet every photo or video I've seen of a Republican speech/rally/whatever is packed to the gills with old folks, why the disconnect there?

Gunderwood I would be 100% ok with that. However the states infiltration of marriage is pretty deep. How would we work out things like not forcing a spouse to testify. How would we work out the dissolution of assets in a divorce. Child us today disputes.......etc etc etc

I am not saying these things can't be worked out, just that it is more than just the tax code.

I'm finding more, and more frontline Republicans are starting to see the Libertarians as what the party USED to be years ago! Perhaps if enough of the two invade the political machine we can get more REAL conservative views in office.

and I ain't talking SOCIAL conservatives, I'm talking "STAY OUT OF EVERYONE'S BUSINESS" conservative, who hold that Guv'mit coin purse as tight as a Senior Citizen at Picadilly for a blue plate special!

That's actually a clasically liberal view...before the commie progessives queered the word liberal.
