Be careful, you might find a few of those evil meanie price gougers
Re: Gunbroker.com
I've looked around and the price of the item I am looking at is within reason, plus there are extras involved with free shipping to my FFL so I think it's all good.

Re: Gunbroker.com
I've used it quite a few times. Very pleased.
That said, it's just like any other auction site. You should be careful about the establishment or individual you are dealing with. I know it goes w/o saying, but good feedback is worth a lot.

Don't worry about avoiding temptation. As you grow older, it will avoid you.

Re: Gunbroker.com
have used it several times and no problems except some description issues with one seller who didn't seem to get what the hell +P meant./.. Other than that all good...

Check out the feedback of the seller before placing a bid. The lower the feedback, the more suspect I'd be. I have purchased many, many items without problems over several years from them. They're good people. Good luck and post some pics of what you get.
Re: Gunbroker.com
I use them and have had good results.

It's kinda like eBay. Know your seller.

Re: Gunbroker.com
yep...just like eBay! won my first auction...now to get FFL done and get that puppy shipped into the Commonwealth!
Re: Gunbroker.com
I can usually find the item I am looking for at another location for a better price.
I have also seen illegal items for sale there.
I have also see misrepresented items there.
Caveat emptor
You may also want to look at Guns America, same issues as above.

Re: Gunbroker.com
I too have used it and I have no complaints. Like others have mentioned, it is very similar to EBay, with both auctions and but it now available. Like always at auctions don't forget to factor in additional costs in determining the value of a weapon. Shipping and handling, shipping insurance and the FFL fee may make the bargain $70 .22 rifle cost more than the used one at the gun store that you will eventually go through to use their FFL.
You just have to ask yourself, is he telling you the truth based on knowledge and experience or spreading internet myths?
